Jean Eva appreciates working with all her clients, for whom she tailors a
unique set of tools to help them regain self-esteem and recover from
anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many clients have chosen to give her

With over 20 years experience as a marriage and family therapist, and as a graduate of Moravian Theological Seminary specializing in pastoral counseling, Jean Eva works with a broad spectrum of clients. Besides her love for helping people improve their relationships, Jean Eva is a brain spotting practitioner and a Level II EMDR clinician. Both of these healing modalities are aimed at significant reduction of the effects of trauma and other toxic emotions from both mind and body.
At Beyond the Horizons Consulting, we also use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as a tool for personal growth and self-esteem. The MBTI is also one of many tools Jean Eva uses to address workplace issues. She has presented many seminars in a variety of venues, including "Work-life Balance," "Assertiveness Training," "Conflict Resolution," and "Dealing with Difficult People."
Jean Eva is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
